Ben has over 15 years media experience. He left university with a marketing degree in 2000 and joined the Financial Times as a graduate. After 3 years selling media & managing the property team of the worlds most respected business newspaper he decided his skills would best be utilised planning and buying media and he joined Pure Media and then Adgenda Media. Astute with regard to customer insights and emerging trends Ben is constantly exploring new innovations in the media marketplace.
With in excess of 15 years’ experience in the marketing and advertising fields, Toby has worked on Halifax Building Society, Land Rover and Woolworths accounts at Bates Dorland. He then moved to ASP Ltd; a management consultancy specialising in British quality standards and specifically airline security management. In 1993 he moved to the Hampstead & Highgate Express as Property Manager. Finally he moved to Premium Media at launch prior to it being merged into Adgenda’s forerunner business. Toby is responsible for the smooth running of the business and client relationships on key projects.
Petra founded Adgenda Media in March 2005 with a vision of creating a media agency that combined the flexibility and individuality of a small boutique agency with the buying power and creative ideas of a big agency. Regarded as an industry icon Petra has extensive experience in the property and retail sectors having previously set up Osborne Jack Media and later Pure Media.
Phillipa graduated from Sheffield University in 2004 with a 2:1 in Mathematics and Management Studies. Soon after, she joined the media world as a sponsorship planner / buyer at Carat UK working across all media for clients such as Johnson & Johnsons, Birdseye, General Motors, Save the Children, Department of Transport. After 4 years at Carat UK, she moved to Australia as a media planner / buyer on the Universal Pictures, Universal Music and E! account at Mediacom Sydney. After 4 years down under, Phillipa moved back to the UK and joined Adgenda Media as an Account Director on the Savills Team. She has a passion for building close relationships with clients as well as colleagues therefore she has no objection when it comes to socialising!
With 15 years' experience, Peter has a detailed understanding of the digital process - from strategy development to campaign implementation and reporting. With an in-depth knowledge of online channels and an analytical eye Peter ensures that Adgenda are at the forefront of digital marketing.

Michael started his media career as a Property Sales Executive at the Financial Times in 2001, where he quickly climbed the ladder to become Weekend Group Head by 2008. Arguably, his biggest accolade at the FT was launching House & Home in 2006, which is now one of the world’s leading real-estate sections. Michael’s experience is vast; he has worked across property, travel, arts, sports, food and drink and the public sector.
Michael has become an expert in advising clients wishing to run multi-platform media campaigns aimed at global HNWIs and has worked on some of the world’s most high profile real estate projects. Michael joined Adgenda Media as International Director in 2015.

Having worked on both sides of the fence, media owner / media buyer, Sarah has a deep understanding about how advertising space is traded. This knowledge means her memorable campaigns are bought at her expertise spans all media platforms. Her international media knowledge and contacts span the far reaches of the globe. Sarah's forceful negotiation skills make her the complete Account Director.
Graduating Durham University in 2004 and joining Adgenda in 2006, Mike is one of Adgenda’s longest serving employees. Across these years he has built up an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the media industry, from International Press to Social and everything in between. Within the property industry, Mike has worked across the spectrum from promoting local Housing Associations to selling £50m+ estates to the global elite. Now heading up some of our most important accounts, he delivers his clients meticulous research, comprehensive media plans, and impeccable service. Outside of the media world, Mike is well travelled and a keen sports and music enthusiast – if you can’t find him at Stamford Bridge, he is probably at Brixton Academy.
Having graduated from Plymouth University with a degree in English and Creative Writing, Katie has recently joined the team as Account Executive. Having long had the desire to work in media and advertising, Katie has fitted into the Adgenda team perfectly. Katie is learning from her colleagues, build her knowledge of the industry and developing a successful career.
Jess studied at Northampton University graduating with a degree in Fine Art: Painting and Drawing. After graduating, she moved to London and worked for Reed Business Information for 2 years. Jess was eager to join the media world and is thoroughly looking forward to learning the trade as Account Executive.
Chris graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with a degree in Media and Popular Culture. Shortly after deciding on a career in Media he joined Adgenda Media in April 2014. Chris was brought in to specialise in advertising response analysis and through his interest in statistics and analysis has helped to add a new dimension to the buying and planning process that Adgenda Media are able to provide.
Shirley moved over to the UK from South Africa and brings with her a wealth of digital expertise. Having worked as a Digital Content Manager and a PPC Account Manager for the last 3 years, she has gained a profound understanding of online media platforms and how to best utilise them.
Shirley joins the team and holds both advanced AdWords and Google Display qualifications.
Working across all areas of digital performance strategy Stephen applies an analytical approach to ensure all the finer details of the account are covered. He has both advanced AdWords and Google Display qualifications.
His expertise in web performance has been instrumental in delivering success for our clients. Stephen has a BA (Hons) in International Relations and Politics from Reading University.

Daniel graduated from university in 2009 with a degree in marketing and management.
After a year of working in the sports and leisure industry as a personal trainer, he joined the sales team within a leading new homes media brand, working with UK developers to promote their homes.
After 3 years of working in media sales, Daniel decided to move agency side to apply his trade within media planning & buying. Since then, he has worked predominantly with property clients of a range of sizes across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors, providing strategic multimedia campaigns and detailed insight into campaign performance.

Mathew graduated from the University of Surrey in 2012 with a degree in Psychology and joining Adgenda was eager to aid the team with his analytical approach.
He has a background in Media and HR and is passionate about his work, always aiming to exceed expectations and go that extra step.
Outside of work, Mathew is a keen cyclist and avid music fan, often attending festivals all over the world.
Sophie graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Geography (BA). She then moved to Seville for a year to teach English as a foreign language before embarking on her career in Media in 2014.
After two and a half years working across all market sectors in her previous role, she has joined us as an Account Manager eager to transfer her skills and expand her knowledge. Passionate about integrated marketing and response driven planning she is dedicated to providing the best client service and campaign results possible.
Olivia studied at the University of Sheffield, graduating with a degree in Politics and International Relations. With a drive to work within a creative and fast-paced sector Olivia found her perfect match in the media and advertising industry, launching her career at Adgenda as an Account Executive. She is excited to grow within the company and develop a successful career.
Amy studied at University for the Creative Arts graduating with a degree in Fashion Management and Marketing. During her final year of studying Amy worked for a Real Estate Fund Management team and is now looking to extend her property knowledge into Media.
Alice graduated from Northumbria University with a 2:1 in Advertising Management and is a national winner of The Institutes of Direct Marketing National Student Competition. Having worked in Business Development in Newcastle, Alice reignited her passion for all things Media, moved to London and has found her home at Adgenda.
Artur graduated from the University of Westminster with a first-class honours degree in Business Management and Marketing. Born in Kazakhstan and raised in Germany he moved to London for his studies 5 years ago. Artur speaks German, Russian and English fluently and is a keen traveller in his spare time.
Jasmin graduated from Brighton University with a 1st class honours BSc. in Business with Marketing. Upon graduation, she was honoured to receive an award for the best marketing student. After university, Jasmin freelanced as a Marketing Consultant to fund her travels in South East Asia. She has now returned to the UK to pursue a career in media with the Adgenda team. Jasmin is excited to learn and grow in her new role as an Account Executive.
